Shipping-Returns

📦 SHIPPING: Following processing, shipping times vary per location, but frequently 3-8 business days. All delivery dates are estimates and subject to the shipping carrier. Tracking number provided once item is shipped. Changes to shipping addresses cannot be made once the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out.

🌀Please note that delays may occur during holiday periods due to an increased volume of orders or during weather related emergencies. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

🚚 Items may ship separately from different print production providers if order contains multiple items.

🔄 RETURNS: Returns are accepted for unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer. 

💲 Refunds will be processed when the original items has been received in good condition. 

In the event of a mis-print or error on a Print On Demand item, please contact support@lisaclairedesign.com. Either a re-print or refund will be in order.
