Thank you for shopping at Lisa Claire Design. We want to ensure you have a great experience, but we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. Our policy regarding refunds and returns is outlined below.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Payment Method: Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no control over the timeline or procedures of your banking institution.
3. Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital downloads.
- Custom-made products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.” All items will be in usable condition. If there are any visible marks or damage, this will be disclosed in the product images.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on your item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total to cover our expenses.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lisa@lisaclairedesign.com with photos of the damage from multiple angles. Your first obligatory step would be to file a case with your local post office. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you after we receive your package in return.
6. Missing Items
When your package ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you believe your item to be missing in transit, please contact Lisa using one of the emails below.
If your package is marked as delivered by the currier, and you think you may be a victim of porch theft, we will contact your local post office for delivery coordinates to verify the package was delivered to your door. Theft is a felony and you must file a police report and provide us with a copy for our records. Contact your local post office to see if there is a refund policy for missing items if your package was, in fact, delivered to the incorrect address.
